After
a successful launch last year, AIEA is pleased to
announce it will run its annual, two-week
(July 15
–
July 28) academic summer overnight program at the
White Mountain School in Bethlehem, New Hampshire.
Students can choose one of subjects: Writing and public
speaking; AP Prep for Humanities (languages and
history); Math (SAT, PSAT or ISEE) or
Entrepreneurial studies for youth during those two
weeks.
This competitive scholastic program
combines advanced academic instruction in the
morning with experiential learning in the afternoon.
The academic program is enhanced through numerous
excursions in the beautiful and idyllic White
Mountain region, college visits, and notable guest
speakers for students. Students entering
grades 6-12 will benefit from
the challenging academics, along with creative,
hands-on learning activities and
outstanding facilities.
The
program has been revised to include new academic
challenges and excursions, while taking advantage of
the improved science facilities the White Mountain
School now boasts. The revisions make the program
exciting for students wishing to return for another
year. This program enhances the academic experience
of students, providing a foundation for future
success. In addition, the hands-on learning,
excursions and activities build student
self-confidence, enthusiasm and team work.
